When someone says Nova Scotia, this is the quintessential image that people usually conjure in their minds. This picture from Peggy’s Cove was one taken from a brief stop we made to the area. This was only the second time I’ve ever been to Peggy’s Cove. I was mentioning to Deanne how strange it is that when you grow up in a place, you often don’t get out to visit these types of places for whatever reason. I often only visited places like Hall’s Harbour or Scot’s Bay and even Halifax when we had visitors and we wanted to show them around. Even though Halifax is only about 45 mins/1 hour away from where I grew up, it was always a big occasion because we hardly ever went to the “big city”! Such is the case for Peggy’s Cove. It was a lovely stop, despite the crowds and I was able to get some great photos.
